Base Service covering the first 10 miles. From Charlotte Airport 
    •    Additional Mileage Fee: $ 2.00 per mile beyond the included distance

After-Hours Timeframe for Extra Charges:
    •    Weekdays: After 9:00 PM
$20 to $50 added to the normal service rate

  1. Service Availability,

Our roadside assistance services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Response times may vary based on traffic, weather, and service demand.

2. Coverage Area,

We provide service within Charlotte NC and surrounding areas. Services requested outside this zone may be subject to additional mileage charges or may not be available.

3. Service Limitations,

We assist with minor roadside issues. Services do not include:
    •    Mechanical repairs beyond basic troubleshooting
    •    Vehicle transportation beyond the agreed distance
    •    Repairs requiring shop equipment or diagnostics
    •    Recovery from off-road or hazardous areas without prior risk assessment

4. Vehicle Eligibility,

We service most passenger vehicles, motorcycles, light trucks, and vans. Oversized, commercial, or specialty vehicles may be subject to availability and additional fees. Please inform us of your vehicle type when requesting service.

5. Customer Responsibility,

Customers must:
    •    Be present with the vehicle (or give consent for someone else to be)
    •    Provide accurate location and vehicle details
    •    Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to approach
    •    Sign any required service documentation

6. Service Fees & Payment
 •    Payment is due at the time of service.
 •    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
 •    All pricing is provided upfront. Additional costs (e.g., extended towing mileage, specialty equipment) will be disclosed before service begins.,

7. Cancellations & No-Show Fees
 •    Cancellation is free if made before dispatch.
 •    A no-show or last-minute cancellation may result in a fee to cover travel time and resources of $25.,

8. Damage Policy,

While we take every precaution, customers must report any suspected damage before our technician leaves the scene. We are not responsible for:
    •    Pre-existing damage
    •    Issues arising from the vehicle’s mechanical failure
    •    Damage occurring during improper use or customer mishandling

9. Weather & Safety Delays,

Service may be delayed or unavailable due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or restricted access. Our priority is always the safety of our team and customers.

10. Right to Refuse Service,

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where:
    •    The vehicle or area is unsafe
    •    The customer is uncooperative, abusive, or under the influence
    •    The request falls outside our scope of service
